Turkey Bolognese (gluten, dairy, corn, soy and refined sugar free)

1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb ground turkey meat
3 cups marinara sauce
Salt and pepper
1 pound Gluten Free spaghetti

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium low heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.

Add the marinara sauce. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season the sauce, to taste, with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, stirring often. Drain and rinse the pasta and add the pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
